Arrived on time. Assembly was easy to follow. Looks great. Cooked for my whole family on it no problem. Price very reasonable. It’s a winner from us.

Postage discrepancy

Great cover,arrived on time.Was charged £19.99 for the cover(the entire dual combo grill bbq was a mere £29.99! The package cost £4.35 to post so am disappointed there seems to be no offer of a refund of the difference.Only this has spoilt the otherwise good buying experience.

Amazing service

The cover that came with the BBQ had a small flaw. I contacted customer services and they sent another straight out. It arrived the next day!
Amazing quality, fits the BBQ perfectly, even covering the little flue at the top.
