Very nice high quality feel to the cover, which fits like a glove.
Will be interesting to see how it lasts.
However, the cost of a replacement seems very reasonable for the quality.

It is a very good product for a very good price, Assembly is easy but you need to be a little bit patient and have a bit of time in hand. Arrived promptly, Excellent Customer Service.

I decided to invest in a new BBQ and the XL Smoker Charcoal Barbecue + Cover has turned out to be a great buy. It is not too complicated to put together, just needs a little time and a good read of the instructions. I cooked on the XL the next day with great results. I also cooked a whole duck once the coal heat was reduced, about 1hr 30mins, and turned the duck four times with a perfect result. The temperature gauge read 300 degrees constant temperature. Great BBQ.

I cant fault the quality of the BBQ, very sturdy and clearly great quality.

However, the photos show light up buttons in red (premium black series) however this is not the case, they do not light up at all so the photos need changing.

This was purchased because they light up and help someone visually impaired.

For what I paid I’d expect what I see.

I have never experienced such fantastic customer service. I placed my order at 7-15 on Tuesday evening. I received a call 10 minutes later checking my order and that I was collecting in person. I had made an error as wanted the BBQ delivered. My error was quickly rectified and I was offered delivery on Thursday without the cover, which they would send on when in stock or both items beginning of June.
I opted for the Thursday delivery so we had it for the bank holiday.
Thursday morning a text from DPD to say delivery between 8-15 & 9-15. 8-30 delivery was made.
BBQ assembled in just over an hour by hubby (while I watched🙈)
Great quality, all the pieces were there no issues. Oh and the cover came too!
Can’t wait to try it out!

I did a lot of research to find the most economical yet sturdy BBQ for our family, and in the end we chose CosmoGrill.... it was our first choice but after mistakenly ordering an inferior version from Wayfair for £80 less and struggling for 4+ hours to put it together due to faulty parts and awful instructions, we sent it back and then ordered the CosmoGrill Smoker XXL the same evening - it arrived by lunch the next day! And it was SO EASY to make - super clear instructions and 100 times better and stronger materials than the £80 cheaper version - its MORE than worth what we paid and included a free cover! We are THRILLED with the result and we cannot WAIT to have our first BBQ this weekend. Its amazing. I recently bought this BBQ and I am very impressed with the build quality, price and customer service of Cosmogrill. Gas side works well, mechanism on the charcoal side is smooth. I had one small issue with one of the thermometers threads being dodgy, I Whatsapped Cosmogrill and within 2 days I had a new one delivered.

We got this smoker about 18 months ago - it was my first venture into meat smoking and I have to say it’s a great piece of kit - there’s a huge cooking surface - I can easily do a whole fry up in it - we have had some great meals cooked on our xl - it’s used most weeks and has inspired us to cook outdoors.
Well worth the money , was easy to put together and it’s easy to clean - ours has been in the elements side we bought it and it’s still in great condition
- I will say the cover is a great addition as it protects it from extreme weather and it looks great in our outdoor kitchen

We were a bit hesitant about buying something that we were unable to see in person, but we took the chance and were so pleased we did. If you have similar worries, please be reassured the build quality is amazing and the bbq is easy to put together. We haven't used the bbq yet, as it only arrived today, however it looks like it will to be really easy to clean. It is perfectly sized for a small garden, but has plenty of cooking area. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase.

Wow! This truly is a great BBQ. Ordered and delivered next day at a great price (I'd researched loads of charcoal BBQ's). Fairly straightforward to build, fantastic materials. Used for first time yesterday and didn't disappoint. Being able to adjust the level of coals makes it very easy to regulate heat and the food cooks evenly. Highly recommend this company.

Other half loves the bbq that much he will not take it outside even tho we got the free cover so its currently being stored in the livingroom slight down side is the side burner lift up lid is abit too loose.We have not used it as of yet as its currently sat in my living room but once the other half is at work tomorrow I will be placing it in the garden ready for the weekend.

I have just bought my second XLsmoker after five years with the original.
