Product and service is very good, small issue with the ignition of the burner but quickly resolved and replacement is being sent
Really great quality bbq and grill. The paint finish looks great and has the smoker too. Ordered on Saturday and arrived first thing Sunday, so prompt. Did take longer than 45 minutes to assemble but we were taking our time to get it right.
BBQ itself is brilliant. Did my first cook on gas and excellent results. Cleaning is relatively easy. Would appreciate some instructions/advice on the best use of the Smoker Box included though.
Can be assembled by one determined person. Couple of images in instructions could be clearer or have better text description next to them but still work.
