Ordered the grill on Saturday, arrived on Sunday. Amazing.
I’ve yet to put it together, but really looking forward to it.
Briliant so far! Looks amazing, and it looks like it is gonna last if you maintain it!
Should do better with the packaging as it took me a while to find the parts as they were mixed in the 3 boxes that came with it!
Probably putting numbers on the boxes and being similar to IKEA by following the marks on the boxes will help with the time you spend in building it !
But overall, 5 out of 5 !

Got myself a black 4+2 for Xmas, then I've been back to purchase a pizza stone and a rotisserie for it. Perfect transaction, great updated into about tracking etc. Arrived safe and sound.
The product arrived on time packed to perfection. There were no missing parts and assembly went well except for one piece I couldn’t work where to fit! I contacted their Customer Service team, who took several attempts to provide meaningful advice due to their not reading my question which was VERY detailed as to the part concerned. It was a shambles for a while then a delightful intelligent young lady rang, apologised and gave me the correct advice and in minutes all was well.!
The BBQ seems to function well but its stainless metalwork is very thin so it will need handling very carefully- time will tell. If it lasts and performs then it’s real value for money

Had my BBQ for around a year now and have to say its the best I have owned. So ordered a Pizza stone and an additional cover whilst the offers were on. Current cover is fine and wearing well, so merely a precaution

I'm really pleased with my BBQ. The set up was straightforward and took approx 2hrs for two of us. It seems very sturdy, the parts are manufactured to a decent standard, and it looks great.
I haven't used it yet, but can't wait for the summer to try it out. The adjustable height on the charcoal tray will be really handy.
It will be perfect for large family bbqs.
