The CosmoGrill reversible griddle plate is one of our best sellers and perfect for the CosmoGrill Pro 4+1 Gas Barbecue & Pro 6+1 Gas Barbecue. Featuring a ridged and flat side for mastering different meat, vegetable or even egg recipes. Designed to retain and spread heat evenly, creating beautifully cooked food with complex flavour.
(Note: There may be a gap in the cooking area when used alongside the standard grill grates on our Pro 6+1 model)

- Double-sided reversible black cast iron griddle. Features a ridged side for beautiful meat or veggies and one flat smooth side, for cooking grilled sandwiches, eggs, pancakes and much more.
- The ridged surface with deep grooves allows excess fat to melt and drain, so you can enjoy healthier and more nutritious meat.
- Made of 100% cast iron which is durable, sturdy, and corrosion-resistant. Cast iron is known for providing great flavour and versatility making it a must-have if you own a barbecue.

Usage Instructions
When used with our barbecues, this cast iron griddle is designed to be used with adequate airflow. When in use, the entire cooking surface of the barbecue must not be fully covered with flat plates or griddles, as this can restrict airflow.
A grill grate does not need to be used to fill the remaining space. However, part of the cooking surface must remain open to allow proper airflow and ensure the barbecue operates correctly.
Please ensure this guidance is followed during use.
Care & Maintenance
Cast iron griddles should be cleaned by soaking and washing in soapy water as soon as possible after use and once cool down.
NEVER place cast iron products in a dishwasher as this will reduce the structural integrity of the product, remove any or all pretreated seasoning and likely cause rusting.

Haven’t used it yet as ordered as an extra. It’s solid and was delivered quickly. Will do exactly what it’s supposed to do
Poor customer service. Took 2 weeks to arrive after multiple blunders by CosmoGrill. Would not purchase from them again.
Delivered wrong item to the wrong address. Poor customer service to correct issue. Not recommend

Ordered the reversible cast iron griddle for extra options. Brilliant product and really good quality. Shame you have to purchase the cast iron range separately as they are much more superior then what is on there.
Will be looking at purchasing the cast iron grills soon but they are abit expensive for what they are being the bbq is enough on it’s on but all in all very good product
