Sturdy and gets to a really good temperature. Lots of room
Excellent packaging and no damage suffers from shipping. The contents inside the box were again superbly packaged and once all the parts were unloaded, identified it took me about 11/2 hours to assemble. Needed a magnifier to sort out parts from the assembly drawing which is s quite small. However, all the parts were there and all fitted as per the drawings - care points X2.
1. Ensure you fit the lower air vent before the ash collector
2. Make sure the keep warm griddle is the right way up, ie the top griddle sits in a U shape on the bottom griddle.
Used it once to date after “burning in” and it was superb. Cooked food evenly and lots if smoke generated, no need to buy a smoke box for this bbq.
This is a lovely quality BBQ at a good price point. But for me the instructions needed to be clearer as there was far too much information on one small diagram resulting in having to re assemble some parts.
On the plus side it cooks the food evenly and I certainly don’t agree with the reviewer who said that the materials and build quality are cheap.
if your planning on receiving your items together think again in my experience it was decided to deliver half my BBQ to my house and 3 others parts of my BBQ to a local pick up point for no reason at all. Raised my concerns on Saturday and they are closed from 3pm got a response Monday 10am replied waited 3 hours nothing had to call them again spoke to a person called Ian who was rude talked over me was abrupt and patronizing poor customer services at best personally I will never use this business again I'm sending my half BBQ back for a full refund due to not delivering items as the package I payed for the BBQ is very flimsy and not well made I would spend your money in B&Q at least you will get a well build solid BBQ and customer services. The BBQ is made of cheap, Chinese steel. The paint easily chips when building wont last more than 3 months
