We had a very successful BBQ party with the grill, good size for a large family get together. Assembly, however was a nightmare - a million different bits and pieces not marked, took ages to build. 5 stars for performance, 1 star for assembly
The delivery time was impressive - given we ordered in the afternoon, we were still able to get next day delivery on a Sunday. Assembly was easy and the BBQ looks great. They did forget to send the cover in the initial delivery, but customer service was really responsive and we received the cover a couple of days later, which was fantastic.
I purchased a Cosmo Grill to donate to a cancer fundraiser, and I was really impressed with the experience. The shipping was very quick, delivery was prompt, and the website was easy to use from start to finish.
I can’t review the grill based on its performance as I haven’t used it myself, but it arrived in perfect condition and looks fantastic — solid, stylish, and great quality. I’m sure whoever receives it will really enjoy using it.
Overall, I can highly recommend Cosmo Grill for their smooth ordering process, fast delivery, and excellent service.
We're overall pleased with the BBQ and it arrived quickly and packaged well. Assembling it took a long time though - many components to put together and only a few of the a larger pieces were numbered so it was very confusing. A less experienced person would definately struggle.
