We had a very successful BBQ party with the grill, good size for a large family get together. Assembly, however was a nightmare - a million different bits and pieces not marked, took ages to build. 5 stars for performance, 1 star for assembly
The delivery time was impressive - given we ordered in the afternoon, we were still able to get next day delivery on a Sunday. Assembly was easy and the BBQ looks great. They did forget to send the cover in the initial delivery, but customer service was really responsive and we received the cover a couple of days later, which was fantastic.
We're overall pleased with the BBQ and it arrived quickly and packaged well. Assembling it took a long time though - many components to put together and only a few of the a larger pieces were numbered so it was very confusing. A less experienced person would definately struggle.

Good product , good service there was a hiccup with delivery which was nothing to do with the company but they help to resolve it so more than happy
