I ordered a replacement warming rack for my Cosmo Grill (Model No. 93416) but received the incorrect part. After emailing I was sent a replacement - again the wrong part. Now have 2 incorrect warming racks. Apart from giving the Model No., from the front of the grill itself, I don't know what else I can do.

I received the parts for my electriq 4 plus 1 bbq, flame tamers, the covers for the burners as the originals had started to disintegrate. Those received were far too small and useless.
