Usage Instructions
When used with our barbecues, this cast iron griddle is designed to be used with adequate airflow. When in use, the entire cooking surface of the barbecue must not be fully covered with flat plates or griddles, as this can restrict airflow.
A grill grate does not need to be used to fill the remaining space. However, part of the cooking surface must remain open to allow proper airflow and ensure the barbecue operates correctly.
Please ensure this guidance is followed during use.
Care & Maintenance
Cast iron griddles should be cleaned by soaking and washing in soapy water as soon as possible after use and once cool down.
NEVER place cast iron products in a dishwasher as this will reduce the structural integrity of the product, remove any or all pretreated seasoning and likely cause rusting.

Fits my BBQ perfectly, says 42cm in length but is slightly smaller at 41.5cm. The plate heats up fast not used the grilled side yet. Burgers stuck a little even though I seasoned it, probably will have to season it a couple of times. Overall a fantastic item for the BBQ.
Finding good value for money can be a challenge and there was a leap of faith after scouring the internet for a genuine bargain. I have used the BBQ a couple times and have been suitably impressed, along with the support from CosmoGrill customer service. Highly recommended. Grab yourself a bargain.
Bought the BBQ last week, and really like it! Looks great! Only improvement needed is better instructions on how to assemble it, for example a video would be really helpful. Took us approx 2hours.
