Excellent website experience - so easy to navigate. Superquick delivery. Very well packaged. Easy-to-read instructions and straightforward to assemble. Top-quality BBQ. Gave it a trial run at a family get-together and it was a huge success. Everyone was impressed. Do all in all, a highly recommended item.
Arrived on time but sadly damaged, numerous areas of damage but atleast they were only cosmetic. Some were down to poor handling by courier, but some were down to bad packaging. Also the grills are too small for the frame of the cooking surface so they will fall on to the burners if pushed to the back of the frame.
Otherwise works as discribed.
I wanted a BBQ with a rotisserie, pizza stone and griddle facility and this one hit all those wants. The rest of it such as the meat searer, lights,cool box, chopping board etc are all excellent extras.
Easy to put together, looks terrific and works perfectly
Used a couple of times now and I am very pleased with it. Easy to assemble albeit a little time consuming and looks great. Lights make a lovely addition to the bbq.
