The barbeque arrived with a piece not welded on. Numerous parts were bent. The lid is not aligned properly. I'm stuck with it, and Cosmo refused to send replacement parts because I dared to use it over the weekend..I'd bought it especially because we had guests coming.
Easy to assemble. The flat grills make a huge impact to cooking performance compared to bar grills. Easy to clean. All round great BBQ.
The grill took a while to assemble but it is very robust. I had a query and found customer service to be excellent when I phoned them up.
The grill fired up first time so I'm looking forward to cooking my birthday BBQ on it.
Really happy with my purchase. Saw some reviews about people complaining about the assembly / instructions, but it's all very clear and feels very well made. Had three BBQs in four days!!
From ordering to delivery, everything spot on. Read instructions carefully and putting BBQ together will be fine. Great price and product.
