We recently purchased our first Duo Dual Fuel BBQ back in May, and it has been superb during the last few weeks.
Here's a truly honest review so far - The Duo is BIG so make sure you have enough room to build it up and storage and use. My wife and I built it up no problem, the instructions are clear, but familiarize yourself with all the parts and unpack all the boxes first. A good idea is to lie everything out and check you have all the parts and tools required. Allow about 2 hours for the build with two people.
The BBQ is Superb, however, allow a bit of time for it to heat the cast iron grates before you start cooking. The Charcoal side is very easy to use with plenty ventilation, and once lit you have the option to lower or raise the coals to help with cooking different meats etc. You can further control air flow through the vents at the side of the Smoker to raise or lower heat.
Customer Service Team are fantastic, we were sent the wrong cover, and the correct one was sent out to us along with a new Igniter wire for the side burner. Raul and Aman were fantastic in keeping us informed throughout and the items arrived as promised. Nothing was any issue to them and Aman also directed us to online videos to hoe to use a Smoker. We have now mastered this and enjoy all the different woods available to enhance the BBQ flavours.
If your looking for a gas and charcoal BBQ with the flexibility of the side burner and a smoker, then this is the BBQ for you. It is solid and well constructed. It can easily be moved on its castors as well and they are also braked for safety. Customer service was faultless and we think the Duo is value for money. Many thanks to the CosmoGrill Family for giving us the best of all BBQ's for hopefully years to come.
I recently bought this BBQ and I am very impressed with the build quality, price and customer service of Cosmogrill. Gas side works well, mechanism on the charcoal side is smooth. I had one small issue with one of the thermometers threads being dodgy, I Whatsapped Cosmogrill and within 2 days I had a new one delivered.

Easy to assemble, can be done solo but better with 2 people.
Only minor niggle I’ve found so far is that fat/grease can drop from the gas side down onto the shelf below if the bbq isn’t absolutely level.
Sent in super quick time. Assembly instructions really easy to follow. Really sturdy and fabulous design! That’s us sorted for dinner for the rest of the summer. Thanks.
Fry, grill, smoke, bake. Brilliant. Build quality is solid but after two smokes I am seeing signs of rust on the smoker even though we use the Cosmo cover. Igniter for gas hob also failed after the first week but we can easily use matches to start it.
