Cast Iron Grill Grate Set for XL Smoker

Have used it twice since buying it last week. The build takes time but is relatively straight forward- make sure you don’t tighten the screws until you have completed each stage as undoing them is a pain if you have something back to front as I did on one occasion. Do buy the steel cooking rack as it’s much superior to the version that comes as standard. Using the smoker is simple and the ability to lower or heighten the coals makes controlling the heat so simple. Have cooked salmon, prawns, potatoes, chicken and they have all cooked beautifully - retaining their moisture and flavours. Highly recommended.
