Gift Card Usage Policy

General Terms

Gift Cards issued by CosmoGrill and may be redeemed online at www.cosmogrill.com and www.evre.co.uk. Gift Cards allow the holder to purchase eligible full-price products across both CosmoGrill and EVRE stores.

Validity

• Gift Cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
• Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
• Expired Gift Cards cannot be reissued, refunded, or redeemed.

Restrictions on Use

Gift Cards can only be used to  purchase eligible full-price products.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed on sale or discounted items, promotional offers, shipping charges, taxes, or any other fees.

Transferability and Refunds

Gift Cards are transferable and may be used by anyone in possession of a valid Gift Card code.

Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit, except where required by law.

CosmoGrill is not responsible for lost, stolen, or deleted Gift Card codes. Replacement may only be considered if proof of purchase can be provided and the Gift Card has not expired.

Redemption

To redeem a CosmoGrill Gift Card, enter the unique code at checkout on either cosmogrill.com or evre.co.uk. The Gift Card balance will be applied to the order total.

If the order value exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method. Gift Cards may be used across multiple orders, provided the balance is redeemed within the validity period.

Limitations and Liability

• Gift Cards have no cash value.
• CosmoGrill accepts no responsibility for unauthorised use of Gift Cards.
• Use of the CosmoGrill Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
