Good BBQ, listing was misleading with a photo of the BBQ cover in the pictures. Assumed this was included with the BBQ since it isnin the picture!. Arrived without a cover and when I queries this I was told it wasn't included and customer services refused to sell one at the 'add-on' rate. Had to purchase the cover at full price separately.
The BBQ arrived the next day flat packed. It took two of us 3 hours to put together as the instruction manual is not very clear. The least clear instruction is what you have to do with the gas connection. It has a solid black tube attached to a not so flexible hose. This has to be attached to the back of the control knob of the sdie burner. for the price I think that a hose and regulator should be enclosed.
I bought the BBQ as I was hosting a party for about 50 people. This things a bit of a whopper! I ordered it on a Friday afternoon and it arrived on Saturday. It took a little while to put together, but was quite straight forward. In terms of performance, it looked great and worked well! I had also forgotten to select the free cover when I ordered, but Cosmo were very helpful and sent me one. Very pleased with my purchase! Didn’t come with a regulator but that wasn’t too hard to get.
Took about hour and a half to put together just once together it’s pretty sturdy 5/5 would recommend
After taking a lot of time to unpack the unbelievable amount of parts, we found numerous that were damaged. We are now waiting to see what action customer service will do.
