Instruction Manual
The barbeque arrived with a piece not welded on. Numerous parts were bent. The lid is not aligned properly. I'm stuck with it, and Cosmo refused to send replacement parts because I dared to use it over the weekend..I'd bought it especially because we had guests coming.
Really happy with my purchase. Saw some reviews about people complaining about the assembly / instructions, but it's all very clear and feels very well made. Had three BBQs in four days!!

Do not buy this BBQ. I never leave bad reviews, but what I’ve purchased is the worst BBQ ever!
The BBQ drips grease down the side and onto the floor, and the company refused to take responsibility. They claimed I cooked too much fatty food on it and should only use the middle of the grill. However, I sent them photos clearly showing grease dripping from the joints of the tray onto my decking, which has now been ruined.
Warning: They know this is a problem and have hidden it in their terms and conditions, stating that grease will drip if cooking fatty foods — which they use as a reason not to refund you. They are knowingly selling a product with this defect.
It gets worse…
There is zero control over the gas burners. All four burners produce only a tiny flame that cannot be adjusted and barely cooks food. You’d be better off buying a slow cooker and making stew.
The side burner is even worse, producing a floppy yellow flame, which is dangerous. They advised me to adjust the air intake to improve the flame, but this did nothing. Yet again, they took zero responsibility, insisting that as long as the BBQ reaches 200°C, it’s fine.
Customer service was appalling and completely unhelpful. I asked for a refund, but they said I shouldn’t have used the item if it wasn’t working correctly. When I asked how I was supposed to know the product was faulty without using it, they had no answer.
This is the worst BBQ and company I have ever dealt with. They constantly ask you to send videos of the faulty product but still refuse to take accountability.
Avoid at all costs.

Easy to assemble. The flat grills make a huge impact to cooking performance compared to bar grills. Easy to clean. All round great BBQ.
