My first serious BBQ.

The assembly requires concentration and patience. The parts fit together well and when the BBQ is fully assembled it looks impressive. On my first cook I was not impressed with the food sticking to the basic steel grids that come with the BBQ so I had to quickly purchase a new set of cast iron griddles which added £98 to my original cost. Very disappointed with the steel grids which can now go into the scrap bin.
