Originally left a 3 star rating for BBQ cover, due to poor durability. Cover tears on corners. Fabric not strong enough, also faded (as expected). This was after just 12 months. Cosmos stepped up and sent a replacement (under 2 year warranty), which in turn warrants a better star rating. Thank you
The grill arrived with one minor part of the lid missing and after just one WhatsApp message with photos to Kiran a new lid was sent immediately.
After the first use one of the wheels fractured and this too was replaced immediately.
The grill is now fully functional and is a very good product which produces great results.
I would recommend it with the addition of the cast iron grates without hesitation.
I had an issue with my order delivery due to dpd, I really struggled to get an answer from dpd as to where my parcel was or if it was going to be delivered, it was very frustrating as they didn’t provide much support. However I contact Cosmogrill directly, who were extremely helpful they resolved the issue and reassured me of my order. They were able to respond to my request quickly. was so refreshing to have a good customer experience with a company.
love the dual fuel cooking zones, but could be improved with somewhere to hang BBQ tools. Also the casters are fine if on a perfectly flat surface (which most people don't have) so larger wheels would be great. I have photo's of the amendments I have had to make so it works for me.
Absolutely awful customer service! I had a bbq delivered and DPD delivered it when no one was home (it wasn’t there when I got home) the company have promised timescales for it to be resolved and now it’s getting on for a month later and they’re still fobbing me off with lies saying DPD are investigating. Having spoken with DPD myself they have confirmed my suspicions that this company have been lying to me! I would like a refund!
Great at first, but because of the poor quality of materials it doesn't last. I have had the Cosmo Grill smoker XXL for 2 years and 2 weeks. The grill has always been cleaned, dried and stored using the grill cover recommended and supplied by CosmoGrill. When I removed the cover to use it for the first time this year, the pictures I have taken would show how the grill and cover had deteriorated. The cover is faded and rotten with holes and torn in several places. It is paper thin and falls apart when touched.. The grill itself is starting to rust badly in several places and it looks awful. It does still work though, but with an embarrassing appearance. Despite it being so close after the warranty period, Cosmo grill refused to replace the cover and would only provide replacement parts if I paid for them. The grill cooks great, be be aware of how it will look in 2 years' time

I bought the XL Charcoal smoker barbecue last summer, superb piece of equipment for outdoor cooking. Easy to assemble, use and clean.
The cast iron grills are a great idea and have been used exclusively.
Best barbecue I have owned and will definitely purchase again if I ever need a new one.
The waterproof cover developed a split on the top over the winter, I sent a couple of emails and Cosmo Grill replaced it within days. Thank you for the outstanding customer service.
Recently purchased a bundle including yamara bbq. It was delivered quickly and wasn’t too stressful to assemble. I did my research before buying and I wasn’t disappointed. Real good quality with great after sales. I had a small problem which was rectified immediately. I would highly recommend this product and company.
if your planning on receiving your items together think again in my experience it was decided to deliver half my BBQ to my house and 3 others parts of my BBQ to a local pick up point for no reason at all. Raised my concerns on Saturday and they are closed from 3pm got a response Monday 10am replied waited 3 hours nothing had to call them again spoke to a person called Ian who was rude talked over me was abrupt and patronizing poor customer services at best personally I will never use this business again I'm sending my half BBQ back for a full refund due to not delivering items as the package I payed for the BBQ is very flimsy and not well made I would spend your money in B&Q at least you will get a well build solid BBQ and customer services.
The BBQ is made of cheap, Chinese steel. The paint easily chips when building

I purchased an XXL grill and found 1 small nut missing from the pack. I contacted customer services and heard back within a few hours. 2 messages and the part is on its way. Fantastic service from Kiran.
