Collection Services

We understand that sometimes you just can't wait for delivery and need your item TODAY, but also you don't have time to self-assemble! Therefore, we provide collection services where once purchase you are able to collect your item the same day from our premises.

We offer two different collection services.

Same Day Collection:

To be eligible for same-day collection where the item is pre-assembled, orders must be placed before 2pm excl. Sundays and collection must be made at our premises before 5pm. (Please note these times are strict).
To aid in packing and to ensure your sealed, disassembled barbecue can fit in your vehicle, please see individual barbecue model box dimensions here.

Same Day Collection (Assembled):

To be eligible for assembled same day collection, orders must be placed before 2pm excl. Sundays and collection must be made at our premises before 6pm. (Please note these times are strict).
To aid in packing and to ensure your assembled barbecue can fit in your vehicle, please see individual barbecue model dimensions on the appropriate listing.

Covid Rules:

On arrival, please call our customer service team on; 020 8616 5839 to notify them of your arrival. You must wear a mask and abide by a 2-meter rule. Whether the item(s) you are collecting is small, large, assembled or sealed and packed, they will be carefully brought out to you by our warehouse team.

Boxed items(s) are left on the ground for self-loading. If the box(es) is too heavy to pick up, our warehouse team can assist you.
Assembled item(s) are loaded in your vehicle by our warehouse team, you will have to arrange for your own safety tied down measures to secure your item during transit.
