Took a couple of hours to assemble, but not a problem. The handle that lowers and higher’s the charcoal tray, I had to drill an extra hole so that it had better adjustment, well worth doing. But something that manufacturing should consider.

if your planning on receiving your items together think again in my experience it was decided to deliver half my BBQ to my house and 3 others parts of my BBQ to a local pick up point for no reason at all. Raised my concerns on Saturday and they are closed from 3pm got a response Monday 10am replied waited 3 hours nothing had to call them again spoke to a person called Ian who was rude talked over me was abrupt and patronizing poor customer services at best personally I will never use this business again I'm sending my half BBQ back for a full refund due to not delivering items as the package I payed for the BBQ is very flimsy and not well made I would spend your money in B&Q at least you will get a well build solid BBQ and customer services. The BBQ is made of cheap, Chinese steel. The paint easily chips when building wont last more than 3 months

I was delighted to get my new BBQ Cover for my XL Smoker, t's an extremely good fit and is made with effective material for keeping the worst of the weather of it. I particularly like the velcro straps meaning you can keep the material tight around the base of the legs.
