UK Mainland

We offer FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY for all orders to UK Mainland addresses, when an order is placed by 4pm between Monday-Friday or by 2pm on Saturday. This cut off does exclude a few of our large barbecues, so please do check the listing and estimated delivery date before checking out. All orders after these cut off times will be dispatched the next day, except for Sundays and Bank Holidays, where your order will be dispatched the next working day.

All offshore destinations are subject to delivery charges, based on the product, and require additional days for delivery. An estimation of both are listed below however, a final price will be provided at checkout;

*Brexit Update: All orders made from European countries are subject to customs/duties and are payable when the product reaches the destination country. The responsibility of the aforementioned duties lies with the Customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with an estimate of these at this time given the uncertainty at this time. We hope to update this section soon once things get back to normal.

Refused Deliveries: Please note that if for any reason products are returned to us by our courier due to refused delivery. A fee will be deducted from your refund when received, inspected and processed. This varies depending on the product, delivery address and amount of parcels dispatched.

Pre-Order Delivery

Sometimes our items are sold on a pre-order basis. In this case, we aim to deliver all pre-orders within the delivery time frame shown to you at point of purchase. However, please note that our goods arrive from overseas, therefore there can be minor delays. In the unlikely event this occurs, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible with new delivery dates.
